Hi Journik Geniuses!
Just want to give a testimony to how great Wan's root chakra video is. I started this workout a few months ago and had stopped because I was moving to a new place and distracted. About three weeks ago I started this root chakra work out again, this time while listening to one of Wan's mantras that I also listen to at night while I'm sleeping.
I feel so great! I look better, think clearer, move my body better, have let go of a lot of stuff around me and have lost a little weight, so awesome! Many changes for the better are happening in my life, and quickly. I encourage anyone wanting more positive experiences to do this workout and listen to Wan's mantras. People who haven't seen me in a while say I look more fit. People who have never seen me before act very nicely towards me. It's due to combo of this workout and playing Wan's mantras at night while sleeping.

oh I have been using the root chakra mantra and I have had serveral detox reactions and every morning when I wake up I have to..ehh you know number 2. I feel like I am rebirthed.

Moving on to chakra numero dos, I downloaded Wan's Sacral Chakra workout, meditation-mantra.org/sex, and began yesterday, it's very nice. I'm still doing Root Chakra too, on my 20th day.
These chakra yoga asana postures feel too good to be called a "workout". To me, they feel very natural, like many muscles in my body I once used as a child, are being used again.
